What is Act on Exploitation?

What is Act on Exploitation?

Across public services, professionals already support children at risk, but stretched resources can mean the full picture is missed and exploitation is recognised too late.

Act on Exploitation public sector is CPD-accredited training that helps you and your teams act earlier, respond effectively, and work together to disrupt abuse. It builds confidence, challenges assumptions, and provides practical tools to embed safeguarding into everyday decisions.

Using your existing frameworks, it supports teams to shift from reacting to preventing, from recognising harm to responding well, and from individual practice to collaborative working. Strengthen your response and improve outcomes for children and young people through our specialised training.

Tailored to your sector

Children youth and social care

Children & Youth Sector

Professionals working within children, youth and social care services are often closest to the complexity of children’s lives, balancing risk, relationships, and responsibility. Our training helps individuals and teams build confident, relational practice to strengthen trust with young people while taking decisive safeguarding action.

Policing

Policing

Professionals working in policing are at the frontline of responding to harm. But exploitation doesn’t always appear as a crime first, so opportunities to safeguard can be missed. Our training helps officers move from reacting to incidents to proactively identifying, disrupting exploitation and safeguarding children.

Education

Education

As an education professional, you see children every day and often spot early signs something isn’t right. Our training builds your confidence to act early, recognise your role in identifying concerns, and raise the alarm before harm escalates.
